a barrage of photos ...

We have arrived in our new apartment, our new home, and we are slowly adjusting to life here. It's hard - I think we all really miss Vermont - but god it's good to be home.

Darwin helped us unpack ... in his own special way.

He's very excited about our new back porch!

The wonderful housewarming present Grandma Bam got him.

Life at home remains much the same:

Darwin chews on everything ...

Mama experiments with her camera ...

And Dada's sunglasses are in a state of constant peril.

Teething biscuits have been discovered and, no big surprise, are totally loved!!!

We were welcomed home with some wonderful grillin' and chillin' at Aunt Meag and Uncle Steve's house.

Where Darwin got to hang out with his friend Llewellyn.

And beautiful Aunt Roopa.

And his lovely Ema (short for earth-mother, which I've decided is much more appropriate than godmother), Lauren.

He enjoyed a new kind of snack (an apple core ... oooh!).

And spent lots of time showing off his new skills ...

pointing ...

... and grimacing.

I'll tell you what ... a happier Mama makes for a happier baby!
